With Robotaxi deployments launching across Europe, fully driverless operations expanding in the Middle East, and right-hand-drive Robotaxis planned for deployment in Singapore and Hong Kong, WeRide's proven asset-light model is being rapidly replicated across additional markets. To date, WeRide has expanded its autonomous driving footprint across 13 countries and over 60 cities globally, establishing commercially viable business models in multiple overseas cities. WeRide's international business is expected to generate recurring cash flow and become an important profit center as it continues to be supported by attractive gross margin profile and strong incremental economics.
Commercialization of both WeRide's L4 and L2++/L3 businesses continued to accelerate and gain momentum. In the second quarter of 2026, revenue from WeRide's L4 business reached US$18.5 million, representing a 131% quarter over quarter (QoQ) growth, while number of registered users of the WeRide Robotaxi service in China increased 35% QoQ. To date, we have secured L2++ production design wins for over 30 vehicle models.
Autonomous driving is emerging as one of the most commercially viable applications of Physical AI. WeRide has established a strong foundation for long-term growth with its Physical AI technology platform. It is also among the first in the industry to scale Physical AI from technology validation to commercial deployment as it continues to advance the commercialization of Physical AI through real-world operations at scale.
